Volunteers of Sholokhov Moscow State University for the Humanities will take part in the World Student Games Kazan 2013

The agreement of cooperation between the directory of the World Student Games Kazan 2013 and Sholokhov Moscow State University for the Humanities was signed.

The World Student Games in Kazan will start in July 2013. XXVII World Student Games will be the first complex Games on such a large scale in Russia and they will precede Winter -Olympic -and Paralympic Games -Sochi 2014. Sports program of the World Student Games includes competitions in 27 sports. More than thirteen thousand of -young people -from one hundred and seventy countries from all over the world will take part in the World Student Games. Almost all of them and also more than 100 supporters will go to Kazan by Moscow. Sholokhov Moscow State University for the Humanities is ready to take on logistics of the event. -Our volunteers will meet and see off delegations of sportsmen and guide supporters. -The -whole impression of the World Student Games partly depends on joyful meetings of volunteers and delegations.

Our volunteers have a great experience of volunteer’s work at the university’s, Moscow’s, national and international events. Who else but the volunteers of the Sholokhov Moscow State University for the Humanities can adequately receive guests of the Student Games in Moscow and can set out to help the coordinators of the Summer Student Games in Kazan. At the venue of the Student Games-2013 will work twenty thousand volunteers from all over Russia. Sholokhov Moscow State University for the Humanities also send its volunteers in Kazan. Certainly it will be a good rehearsal for them before the «adult» Olympics in Sochi.

Our university has become the country’s forty-third institute of higher education that has supported Kazan in the World Summer Student Games-2013. And since the signing of the agreement, Sholokhov Moscow State University for the Humanities has one more characteristic. Henceforward we are the University of the Student Games.
