An open lecture «Modern international situation and Russian foreign policy: objective circumstances and subjective factor» will be held on February 18 at 15.00 in the Institute of politics, law and social development.

The lecturer will be Demurin Mikhail Vasilievich, political analyst, author of political essays, official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR and Russia in 1985 -2005, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the second category.
