Summary of information for citizens entering Sholokhov Moscow State University for the Humanities

1. The entrant arrives to the Admission Committee personally for filing of the application on chosen training direction

In personal assignment of the documents, the applicant is given the receipt of the documents admission.

When filing the application to admission in the Admission Committee (Moscow, Tashkentskaya Street, 18, building.4) the entrant is to assign at his own discretion:

— the original or a copy of documents, certified his personality, nationality,

— the original or a copy of educational document of the state standard.

— the document, approved surname, name and patronymic name changes if it`s necessary.

When filing the application to admission on the 1st course, the entrant can present the original or a copy of certificate of USE results.

The Persons, who were called up for military service and retired from military service, who have the right to use USE results during a year after retiring from military service, if they have passed USE during a year till the draft to military service, they are to present the military card, while entering to SMSUH. —

The Documents filing is carried in two steps:

The 1st step:

a) The Nostrification – if it`s necessary – (or the legislation) of the educational document, issued by educational institution of the foreign state.

b) The documents filing and conclusion of contract on unpaid (paid) educational services to the International Communication Department -of the University (Moscow, Verkhnaya Radishchevskaya , 16-18)

The 2nd step:

c) The Documents filing set to the Admission Committee (Moscow, Tashkentskaya Street,18, building.4)

2. Entrants have the right to send an application for admission on the 1st course, as well as necessary documents through the post operators of common usage (by post)

The documents directed by the entrant by post are accepted by SMSUH at the time of their coming till terms, fixed by the Admission Rules —

Before the beginning of the documents filing a foreign citizen concludes the Contract with the International Communication Department of SMSUH on paid (unpaid) educational services, according to form, fixed by the University. —

The terms of educational services (a standard form of the contract) are brought by the International Communication Department to foreign citizen`s notice before the documents filing to the Admission Committee. —

— the original of a state-recognized certificate of the secondary (complete) general education (or its copy),

— the original of a state-recognized certificate of the secondary vocational education (or its copy),

— the original of a state-recognized certificate of the higher vocational education (or its copy),

—

— the original of a state-recognized certificate of the primary vocational education (or its copy), if it has a record of the receiving by the holder -the secondary (complete) general education.

— the original of a state-recognized education certificate (or a properly certified copy), —

— either the original of a foreign state-recognized education certificate , accepted as the equivalent in the Russian Federation of a state-recognized education certificate (or a properly certified copy),

-the testimonial certificate to establish its equivalence (if necessary), or the properly legalized originals (if necessary) of a foreign state-recognized education certificate and its enclosures (if the latter is provided by the laws of the State, which issued an education certificate).

— a properly certified translation into Russian of an international foreign state-recognized education certificate and its enclosures (if the latter is provided by the laws of the State, which issued a certificate of education)-

— a copy of the identity document of the entrant or the identity document of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation and its certified translation (if necessary)

—

— the copies of the documents or other evidence to prove -the membership of compatriots living abroad

the categories of citizens:

— who have secondary (comprehensive) general education, graduated till the 1st of January 2009-

— who have secondary professional education in the concrete sphere – when admission for studying on bachelor`s degree programme in the appropriate sphere-

— who have higher professional education – when admission for studying on bachelor`s degree programs-

— who have secondary (comprehensive) general education, graduated from the educational institutions of foreign countries.

— who have secondary professional education – when admission for studying on the part-time program of bachelor`s degree in the appropriate sphere-

— who have higher professional education – when admission for studying on undergraduate programs-

— who have higher professional education, approved by assignment to person the qualification of ‘’a certified specialist’’ – when admission for studying on undergraduate programs.

for citizens of all states, entering artistic specialties
