15 декабря 2011 года на факультете психологии состоялось собрание фокус-группы по проблемам трудоустройства студентов и выпускников. В состав фокус-группы под руководством профессора Огнева А.С. вошли ведущие преподаватели факультета психологии: профессор Ануфриев А.Ф., профессор Вербицкий А.А., профессор Елшанский С.П., доцент Пучкова Е.Б., доцент Николаева Е.С., доцент Рыжкова А.Н., доцент Ефимова О.С., ст.преп. Сачков В.Н.

Целью данного мероприятия -являлась выработка алгоритма действий при трудоустройстве выпускников вуза. Отличительной особенностью работы фокус-группы явилось то, что решение проблемы предполагается рассматривать в контексте психологии мудрости. Участниками были предложены конкретные шаги, направленные — на формирование у студентов активной жизненной позиции, понимание предназначения своей профессии, помощь в профессиональном самоопределении.

Подобная работа в фокус-группах носит практический характер. Итогом работы должна стать разработка схемы трудоустройства студента и выпускника вуза.
