Initiative of SMSUH Faculty of Ecology and Natural Sciences was discussed in the State Duma of the Russian Federation

Representatives of the Faculty of Ecology and Natural Sciences took an active part in the meeting of the Supreme Environmental Council of the State Duma Committee on natural resources, environment and ecology «Environmental security (including nuclear and radiation)», taking place on -June 23, 2014 in one of the meeting rooms of Russian State Duma.

Problems of environmental education in universities and forming of world view focused on ecology were discussed during the meeting. The meeting was lead by the deputy of the State Duma, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Environment Alexander Fokin.
