Scientific-practical seminar «Requirements for the conditions of obtaining education as applied to the children with disabilities within the implementation of Federal State Educational Standards for General Elementary Education

Defectological Faculty (Dean Yevtushenko I.V.) with cooperation of the Scientific Educational Center «Social protection for children and youth» of Sholokhov Moscow State University for the Humanities (Director Korostelev B.A.), the Federal Institute of Education Development (Deputy Head of Center of Special Education Bielawski B.V.), Ministry of Education, Science and Youth Policy of Trans-Baikal Territory (Deputy Minister Shibanov N.M.) took part in the scientific-practical seminar «Requirements for the conditions of obtaining education as applied to the children with limited health abilities and children with disabilities within the implementation of Federal State Educational Standards for General Elementary Education for students with disabilities» from 15th to 17th September 2014 in Chita.

Christine Moffron and Lucille de Bejar (Camus Center of Hearing and Speech), well-known world specialists from France presented their master-classes. The seminar was attended by more than a hundred people, teachers and heads of both special and general education institutions of Trans-Baikal and Krasnoyarsk Territories.

The issue of implementation of Federal State Educational Standards for students with limited health abilities, as well as mechanisms for developing adapted educational programs were raised at the seminar.

During training activities, I.V Evtushenko met the Minister of Culture of Trans-Baikal Territory V.K. Kolosov. They discussed problems of leisure activities of people with disabilities and limited health abilities, as well as accessible and barrier-free environment.
