Dear colleagues, take part in the VI International scientific-practical conference “Fundamental and applied problems of geopolitics, geo-economics and international relations. The expansion of NATO and the European Union is the problems of security of the countries of the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States), Europe, Asia and Africa” which will be hold on the 1-2 march of 2012 year in St. Petersburg.

The following issues will be examined and given careful consideration on the plenary and sectional meetings of the Conference such as

— — — — — -The problems of Historiography, philosophy, theory and practice of geopolitics, geo-economics and international relations. Nazism, fascism, racism, genocide and the double standards of the West-European civilization, genesis and morphology.

— — — — — — The impact of -unilateral denunciation of the Warsaw Pact and the Soviet Union on the change in the geopolitical and geo-economic situation in the world, security and vulnerability of Russia, countries of CIS, Europe, Asia and Africa.

— — — — — — The analysis of changes in the correlation of nuclear and non-nuclear weapon types and volumes of the armed forces’ financing and Russia’s military-industrial establishment and of the CIS in relation to the similar parameters of the US-NATO in the period from 1991 to 2010.

— — — — — -The termination of the separate negotiations of Russia and other CIS countries with NATO and the European Union as a necessary condition for establishing equitable and democratic international relations on the Eurasian continent.

— — — — — -The Problems and the prospects of development of the CIS as a real geopolitical subject of international law with a single popularly elected by the parliament (with the account of the positive aspects of construction of the European Union).

— — — — — — The establish of the strategic parity on aircraft carriers, missile and nuclear forces and the non-nuclear armaments of Russia and the CIS, the USA and NATO is the main condition for the democratization of international relations and preservation of the world.

— — — — — -The right of the independent states of the world carries out (to conduct) in the sphere of the creation of nuclear-missile weapons, the necessary self-defense and the possession of nuclear missile weapons in the modern geopolitical environment. -The inadequacy of the earlier agreements about non-proliferation of nuclear missile weapons of the modern global realities.

— — — — — — The theoretical and practical bases of the development of appropriate response measures of the CIS countries at occurrence of threat of external aggression, including the incitement of the inter-ethnic and inter-confessional conflicts and wars.

— — — — — -A state and a power are problems of interests and interaction. -The development of scientifically-based methods of optimal interaction and construction of a democratic state.

— — — — — — The equal and independent elections are the basis of democracy. The falsification and the predictability of elections are the indicator of the fascist nature of a regime of power.

— — — — — -The president of the government, Parliament, Constitutional court and the MEDIA are the main window of the state. The problems and the ways of preventing of the banditry’s power, corruption and the transformation of all branches of authorities in the organized criminal group of the country.

— — — — — -The separation of the posts of the head of state and commander-in-chief of the armed forces of the country as a mechanism to strengthen state security, the mechanism of struggle against fascism, struggle for democratization, liberalization and protection of human rights.

— — — — — — The committed television and movies are the mechanisms of the external aggression, unconstitutional nature of governance, and the development of fascism, nazism, the incitement of inter-ethnic conflicts and separatism.

— — — — — -Foreign bias of the Russian is television the main threats to the security of Russia and the CIS countries. The construction of the independent pro-Russian television is a necessary condition for the development of Russia and of the CIS.

— — — — — -The problems and the solutions of the high tech, industrial, financial and food security of the state.

— — — — — -The acceleration and expansion of integration of the CIS countries is the only mechanism to ensure their safety in the conditions of the promotion of NATO and the EU, the increase in external threats, including drug aggression of NATO against the CIS through Afghanistan and other regions which traffic in drug of the world.

— — — — — — The Cheap and long-term bank loans at the level of the world standards: 0,3-3% for 10 to 20 years is a necessary condition for the development of innovation and a real high-tech industry, for the decision of problems of demography and global competitiveness of the economies (especially in the framework of the -World Trade Organization) of Russia and other CIS’s countries.

— — — — — -The geopolitical and historical analysis of public protests and revolutions in Egypt, Tunisia, Libya and a number of other states of the Mediterranean and of the world in 2011 and in previous years.

Such an expanded approach to the theme of the Conference provides a comprehensive scientific analysis, to assess the status of the activities, to develop and realize the optimal scheme and the ways of development of science and innovations in the field of domestic and foreign policy, geopolitics, national security, protection of the rights of human, democratic state building and international relations. Conference Materials will be published in a peer-reviewed Collection of papers of the Conference. The conference envisages two forms of participation: full-time and correspondence, with the publication of materials in the Collection of papers of the Conference. The organizing committee has the honor to offer managers and leading specialists of the organizations speak with large and comprehensive reports at the plenary meeting of the Conference on the above topics, to take an active part in the preparation and holding of the Conference, including in the composition of its organizing committee.
