«Parafest» Together With Volunteers of SMSUH

From May 17 to May 19 in Moscow, on the territory of the park Sokolniki the All-Russian festival of creativity and sports for people with limited possibilities «Spring in Sokolniki. Parafest» took place. Volunteers of SMSUH participated in the organization of the Festival for all three days. -Within the limits of the Festival an exhibition «Rehabilitation. Accessible environment 2012» was held, where were introduced innovative technologies for people with physical disabilities, both for rehabilitation and for daily household life. —

Sport competitions and a ground for concert and contests became one of the main programs of the Festival. Volunteers of SMSUH became irreplaceable assistants to organizers — Russian Paralympic Committee — on sports grounds, such as darts, table tennis, novuss, table soccer and bocce.

Thanking Parafestival volunteers of the Paralympic Center of Volunteers Sochi 2014 again received the most valuable experience of communicating with people with disabilities regardless of their age, character and extent of physical restrictions, which they can apply during their work on Paralympic games in Sochi.
