Seliger-2009

In 2009 Sholokhov Moscow State University for the Humanities became the main provider of an educational program of the All-Russian youth forum «Seliger-2009».

Experts from Sholokhov Moscow State University for the Humanities prepared an educational program for participants of the Forum which included courses of lectures –

«Russia and the modern world» and «Design of projects».

The educational program was expanded at the expense of variety of trainings, during which the young men, who came to the Forum with some ideas, studied how to transform these ideas into the project, how to make a plan, how to calculate terms and risks, how to find money for the project, how to realize its advancement in mass media and Internet. In the end of the program participants protected their projects in a big practical game – «My project from A to Z». Each group presented the projects at various levels, proved their importance to «financiers», «government officials», «representatives of mass media and the public», presented their projects to potential investors. The aim of each team — to score maximum points and become a winner!

The prime minister of Russia Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin visited the Forum on the 25th of July. During this visit Putin had a conversation with the rector of -Sholokhov Moscow State University for the Humanities V.D.Nechaev, during which Vladimir Dmitrievich presented such -educational programs as «Design of projects» and «Russia and the modern world», developed by experts of Sholokhov Moscow State University for the Humanities. —

V.D.Nechaev and V.V.Putin discussed the maintenance of these programs and mentioned the importance of being able to present their innovative projects for modern Russian youth. In the end of conversation V.D.Nechaev presented to the head of the government a set of teaching materials for courses «Design of projects» and «Russia and the modern world».

As a part of All-Russia Youth Forum «Seliger 2009» there was a scientifically-practical conference «Technologies of integration of youth initiatives in strategy of the national development of the Russian Federation till 2020» which was prepared and presented by Sholokhov Moscow State University for the Humanities and the Federal coordination center of development of personnel potential of youth policy with support of Federal agency of youth affairs -of the Russian Federation (Rosmolodezh).

During this conference there were considered the questions connected with real practice of involving the youth in socially significant activity, technologies of stimulation of innovative activity of youth.

Eighty experts took part in the conference work, which activity is connected with developing and realization of youth policy in the Russian Federation.

Plenary session was opened by the rector of Sholokhov Moscow State University for the Humanities, the doctor of political sciences V.D.Nechaev. His performance was devoted to the system of the coordination centers of personnel potential development in the field of the state youth policy as a tool of integration of youth initiatives in a strategy of the national development of the Russian Federation till 2020.

There were two sections on the conference – «Regional and municipal programs of integration of youth initiatives in strategy of the national development of the Russian Federation till 2020» and «Modern technologies of integration of youth initiatives in a strategy of the national development of the Russian Federation till 2020 in the education system».
