The representatives of the key Russian political parties are invited to the seminar — heads and coordinators of party Internet projects, political consultants and spin doctors, specialized in party consulting and Internet communications, experts from professional and scientific communities, bloggers, political journalists and other participants of political communication processes.

The expert seminar is planned to touch upon the particularity and the tools of the Internet communications of Russian political parties, the spectrum of party Internet resources, the degree of effectiveness of the Russian political parties’ communications on the Internet.

In the process of the discussion, the practicing experts from a number of party representatives and political consultants will analyze the embodied and working Russian political parties Internet projects, assess the degree of effectiveness of political Internet communication and determine the prospects of the given branch of political technologies.

One of the directions of the discussion will be the analysis of the effectiveness of political parties Internet communications tools in the process of carrying out one of its main functions — acting as an assembler of the interests, demands and requests of the civil society towards the state and converting them through political institutes and procedures to the shape of political decisions.
