Study is under active carrying out at the faculty of history.

Our own scientific schools, which are headed by the leading specialists, are developing at the departments of our faculty.

All academic staff of our faculty have scientific degrees (of doctors and PhD of Historical sciences) and academic ranks (of professors and lecturers). All of them are carrying out an active scientific work, the results of which are carried in publications (monographs and research articles).

Our own archeological expeditions work at our faculty, where students have practical trainings.

Two historical museums work at our faculty: «The museum of archeology» and «Military and historical museum». Students take active part in their creation.

Historical restoration is one of the most important directions of study here. «Military-and-historical restoration. Great Patriotic War» and «Military-and-historical restoration. Patriotic War 1812.»
