Computer Vision. What is That?

The open lecture by Andrey Vavilin, Professor of the University Of Ulsan (South Korea), will be arranged on November, 29 at 16 PM.The technology of computer vision is one of the most promising at the development stage of global digital computer technologies. The term «computer vision» is an attempt to teach the computer to see the world through the eyes of -a human, -perceive it like a human and perform different actions in the same way as a human. The computer vision is the most greatly developed in the West, especially in the USA, South Korea and Japan.

Andrey Vavilin is the head of the laboratory of intellectual robotic systems of the University of Ulsan (South Korea) and one of the most competent specialists in this field of research. —

The open lecture on theme «Computer vision in biology and medicine. How is this done?» will be held in the mode of webinar in the «Vykhino» building -(audience 117).
