Mission of SMSUH is based on admitting the fact that a Man with his abilities and qualities represents the fundamental basis of economical, social, political development of modern society. This increases the value of science for the humanities in the present-day world and to necessity of applied usage in order to develop human potential and harmonization of public relation. Therefore it raises the systemic inquiry of the contemporary society for developing technologies for the humanities. The effective functioning of democratic, social and economical institutions depends on existing «climate», atmosphere of trust which is based on technologies for the humanities. In this respect these technologies assume a status of the social fund.
