Admission regulations

1.

The Admission to college (on the rights of faculty) of SMSUH on the 1st year to study on programs -of secondary vocational education for professional training is realized on the basis of personal statements:

those, who have basic education – in accordance with the results of the entrance tests, carried by SMSUH without any assistance, or results of the state (final) assessment – SFA-

those, who have secondary (full) general education or primary professional education – on the basis of results of the Unified State Examination – USE – on the core subjects, in accordance with the specialty, on which the admission is open, unless some others aren’t provided by legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of education-

those, who have secondary (full) general education, and graduated before the 1st of January, 2009 (when accepting the statements for part-time studying) – in accordance with the results of the entrance tests, carried by SMSUH without any assistance-

those, who have secondary (full) general education, and graduated from the educational institutions of foreign states in accordance with the results of the entrance tests, carried by the educational institution without any assistance. —

those, who have secondary professional education or higher professional education, including studies on a short program – in accordance with the results of the entrance tests, carried by educational institution without any assistance.

If persons, who have the right for admission, according to the results of the entrance tests, carried by SMSUH without any assistance, presented the results of USE on appropriate subjects, The Selection committee takes into account the USE results as the results of the entrance tests on such general subjects.

The admission of disabled persons (who have some physical and (or) mental disabilities: -the deafs, hearing-impaired people, blind, visually impaired, with hard defects of speech, some people with locomotorium defects and others, including the children – invalids, handicapped people, can be carried out on the base of SFA, USE and also on the base of the results of the entrance tests, carried by SMSUH without any assistance (in case of absence of USE results), the peculiarities of which fixed in the part 6 of the Admission rules.

The terms for application —

1. The documents are accepted from the 20th of June to the 15th of August (except the documents acceptation for those who apply for the part-time studies).

2. The documents acceptation on the part-time studies starts on the 20th of June and ends on the 20th of September.

3. Entrants without USE results are to register until July, 5 in order to take USE in accordance with the order of carrying out the Unified State Examination.

The Documents

1. While feeding the admission statement to SMSUH, an entrant presents the original or a copy of the documents certified their personality of their own free choice, nationality, original or a copy of the educational document of the national standard. —

2. While feeding the admission application to the 1st year, an entrant can present the original or a copy of the certificate on USE results and the notification on SFA results. —

3. The persons who passed military service on the draft and retired from military service, have the right to use the USE results during the next year after retiring from military service, which they have passed the year before the draft to military service. They also present their military card while entering to SMSUH. —

4. While feeding the admission application, the persons, who have some special rights for entering secondary professional educational institutions, provided by legislation of the Russian Federation, present appropriate documents.
